What is delivered in a diagnostic session?
A written summary of your position, constraints, and objectives; a shortlist of property-selection criteria; a structural view of residency, tax, and purchase-entity options where applicable; and a recommended next step. No listings are reviewed until diagnosis is complete.
How do you work with clients outside Florida?
International transactions (Spain, Portugal, France, UAE) are coordinated from Florida through vetted partner teams — attorneys, brokers, property management. The advisory and diagnostic work is the same; execution is routed through the local partner.
What is the engagement model after the diagnostic?
If we continue, I propose an exclusive representation agreement. It defines scope, timeline, and mutual obligations. The diagnostic fee is credited toward services under that agreement.
What languages do you work in?
English, Russian, and Ukrainian for advisory conversations and written deliverables. International partner teams operate in the local language and in English.
What about confidentiality?
Information shared in consultation is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without prior consent. The full privacy policy is provided at the time of engagement agreement.
